Session frequency and duration

The Student will receive academic tutoring services this many times per week:

Each session will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Hourly rate, schedule, and accepted payment methods

Hourly Rate: $120 per hour. Scholarships are available — complete a scholarship application to determine whether you qualify for a reduced rate.

Payments must be made in advance on a biweekly basis.

Check Money Order Zelle Credit / Debit Card

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of three (3) hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than three (3) hours' notice will be charged at the full hourly rate. If the Tutor is required to cancel a session, a make-up session shall be provided at no extra charge.

Expectations & Responsibilities

Student Agrees to arrive on time, bring necessary materials, and be prepared to learn.

Parent / Guardian Agrees to ensure a quiet, safe, and suitable learning environment for all tutoring sessions.

Duration & Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated. Preferred initial term:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice via email or text message.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Private Tutoring Agreement, including the hourly rate, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and termination terms.
